The case
Statutory occupational health in India is often treated as a compliance exercise — a set of examinations performed because the Factories Act requires them, filed, and never looked at again.
That is a waste of the most valuable health dataset an organisation owns. The same workforce, examined at intervals, over years. Read properly, it tells you which exposures are producing effects, which controls are working, where absence and attrition are concentrating, and where the next problem is forming.
I am qualified to conduct the statutory examinations, and trained to interpret what they reveal. Those are two different skills, and the second is where the value sits.

How an engagement runs
Most engagements begin with a single site and expand once the reporting proves useful.
Sector, headcount, sites, shift patterns, existing provision and statutory obligations. Usually one conversation and a short written proposal.
Examinations conducted on site or at a nominated facility, alongside a walk-through exposure review of the working environment itself.
Aggregate findings reported to management with recommendations, individual records handled confidentially, and the cycle repeated at statutory intervals.
That is usually enough for me to tell you what is required, what is worth adding, and roughly what it involves.
