Capacity and load, honestly stated
What you are training, what your work is actually demanding, and how much recovery genuinely exists between the two.
Individuals
Clean lipid panel, a nine-to-nine, and a body that has stopped adapting to the work you are giving it.
The picture
Almost every longevity conversation is about what to take, what to measure and what to train. Those matter. But there is a prior question that mostly goes unasked: what is this body being asked to absorb for the eighty thousand hours it spends at work?
Training is a stimulus. Adaptation is the response. Between the two sits everything else — sleep, recovery time, the hours you keep, the air in the room, the load you are carrying that has nothing to do with the gym. When adaptation stops, the answer is rarely more training.
So the first thing I want to know is not your programme. It is what the rest of your week is doing to your ability to recover from it.
What this looks like
Often in people who are, by every conventional measure, doing everything right.
How I work
Not a panel ordered by default — a set of measurements chosen because your history suggests they will tell us something.
What you are training, what your work is actually demanding, and how much recovery genuinely exists between the two.
Cardiorespiratory fitness, body composition, metabolic and lipid markers including ApoB where indicated, and the recovery signals worth tracking for you specifically.
A plan that changes the limiting factor rather than adding volume on top of a body that is already not recovering.
Tell me what you are training for and what has stopped moving.
