The history nobody took
Full exposure history alongside the conventional medical, family and medication history. Examination as indicated. By the end of it we should both be able to see the timeline.
How it works
Longer than you are used to, because the history that matters takes longer to take.
The premise
A reference range is built by measuring a lot of people and drawing a line around most of them. It is genuinely useful. It is also silent on the question of whether this result is normal for you, and completely silent on what you have been exposed to in order to arrive at it.
So a consultation here starts with the part of the history that usually gets three words in a file. Where you work. How you travel. What you breathe indoors. What you have eaten for a decade. What changed in the year before the symptoms started.
That is not a wellness questionnaire. It is a clinical instrument, and it is the reason the consultation takes seventy-five minutes rather than fifteen.
The sequence
The same three stages whichever pathway brought you here.

Testing chosen because your history suggests it will change something. I will tell you what each test can show and what it cannot, including where the evidence is thin.
Sequenced and specific, built around a life you are not going to leave. Reviewed at intervals and adjusted as evidence arrives.
Practical
A little preparation makes the first consultation considerably more useful.
